Yeah I have picked up a few DX's over the years and used them for the ver1 USB mods, I think every single one of them ended up coming back for wiring harness upgrades. The wires were no better than the Panther XL and broke after a while of use.
The PDX is a great source for gimble and pivot parts, so having one is a good thing when the old PXL wears out !
