helloooooooo - first panther question and of course its joylook won't turn off!!!!!

I started playing halflife 2 a month ago after a 3 year layoff from computer games. Can somebody pleaseeeeeeee tell me why I cannot turn off the darn joystick look. I figured it out for episode 1 but Lost cost and halflife 2 I cannot turn the darn thing off. I cannot figure out the location or if the file name is really config.cfg.

Anybody know how to get the joylook to quit looking?
